Robert Hogan, 74, and Carl Boster, 17, Jonell Boster, 48, Lonnie D. Boster, 30, and Lonnie D. Boster, 59 - were all traveling in one of the vehicles. "A second commercial vehicle approached in the right lane, failing to stop for traffic, striking the trailing passenger vehicle, causing a chain-reaction collision".

One other person in the vehicle has been admitted to Vanderbilt University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained in the crash.

The Kentucky State Police accident reconstruction team will be working periodically this week at the site of the Thursday-night collision on northbound Interstate 65 that resulted in six deaths. Traffic was congested at the time.
