Rainbow Six Siege Year 3 Content Roadmap Announced

Following on from the latest content reveal of Operation White noise, Ubisoft have confirmed that year 3 is on the way and have teased some of the content.

The Year Three pass will be available on December 12, but current owners of Rainbow Six Siege will be able to experience Outbreak for free during a four week event period.

As expected, year three also adds two new operatives, both of which are "specialists in biohazard situations".

Ubisoft had previously said it was hard to release new game modes that changed the core five-versus-five tactical gameplay of Rainbow Six Siege.

However, in the major moments Goffin was able to keep his game under control, taking five of his seven break point opportunities. Goffin, on the other hand, has the small matter of leading Belgium in the Davis Cup final against France in Lille next weekend.

Norwegian wealth fund plans to divest of oil and gas
Hard-headed central bankers are concerned about the long-term investment case for fossil fuels...unrelated from climate change. Rockefeller were alive in the 21st century, "he would be moving out of fossil fuels and investing in clean, renewable energy".

Danica Patrick Will Retire From Racing In 2018
During her Cup career, Patrick has earned seven top-10 finishes, including a career-best sixth-place finish in Atlanta in 2014. But there were times where Patrick became frustrated that she couldn't find the speed to compete with the elite NASCAR racers.

Season Two of year three will return to a more traditional form, with two new operators from Italy's GIS [Gruppo di Intervento Speciale] and a new map set in Italy. Called Operation Chimera, the themes of this new operation are quarantine and biohazard, according to the update from Ubisoft. A full reveal of Operation Chimera and the new Outbreak event will be seen during the Six Invitational 2018, so look for more information there if not sooner. For the first time in a Rainbow Six game, players will engage in sieges, a new style of assault where enemies have the means to transform their environments into modern strongholds while Rainbow Six teams lead the assault to breach the enemy's position. Season One, called Operation Chimera, will add a pair of new operators to the action, one from France and one from Russian Federation, but instead of a new map it will feature the launch of the game's first-ever co-op event, Outbreak, a three-player "new fantasy" about quarantine and biohazard.

Sounds like another busy year for Rainbow Six Siege, then.

"It's a way for us to give a present, a gift, to all the players that have been with us".
