She said she knew she couldn't keep quiet.

Sadly, many other claims surface in Buzzfeed's report, which also touches upon Massage Envy's inability to provide much comment on the allegations for legal reasons.

Massage Envy said in a statement, the incidents described in the report were "heartbreaking". James Deiter, who's in his 60s, is serving a 6 1/2- to 13-year prison sentence for sexually assaulting nine women at a Pennsylvania Massage Envy where he'd been a massage therapist for years.

"The one common thread is the perpetrators are always male massage therapists in every case", Horowitz said.

"It should be something that they should train for and have an understanding of how to respond". And they wouldn't call police because the matter would be handled internally. One woman reported that her therapist inserted his entire fist into her vagina before ejaculating on to her face. "You don't want cop cars showing up at your location the next day", she told BuzzFeed.

ABC News also reported that another woman is suing for more than $2 million after she says a massage therapist grabbed her head and put his hands over her mouth and assaulted her.

"It's sad that there are so many people that go into the business of massage and chose to violate customers the way they do".

She said she agreed to share her story in hopes of empowering other women to immediately report any incident of sexual assault or unwanted touching.

"We are constantly listening, learning and looking at how we can do more, including how we support franchised locations with best practices in handling these incidents and supporting their clients".

Over 100 reported that massage therapists groped their genitals, groped their breasts, or committed other explicit violations, such as the California woman who said she opened her eyes during a prenatal massage to find her massage therapist sucking on her nipple.
