Tyrod Taylor carted to locker room with knee injury
Taylor had a towel over his head as the cart made its way off the field.
In the team's game against the New England Patriots, Tyrod Taylor was hurt on the first play of the game, banging his knee, getting up slowly, and limping.
Taylor was replaced on Sunday by rookie Nathan Peterman, who completed 6 of 15 passes for 50 yards. Most of the discussion focuses on Sean McDermott's weird decision in the second quarter to challenge that Tom Brady was down by contact on an incomplete pass, even though he was only touched by teammate Rex Burkhead and there were no Bills players within several yards of him. Taylor was benched prior to the team's Week 11 game against the Los Angeles Chargers before returning to the lineup for weeks 12 and 13.
December supermoon dazzles in the night sky
A year ago the moon made its closest approach to the Earth since 1948, and it won't be this close again until November 25, 2034. The supermoon sets behind the south tower of the Golden Gate Bridge in this photo by astrophotographer Kwong Liew.
Residents get a glimpse of the 'supermoon' Sunday night
In November 2016, the moon reached a distance closest to the Earth than ever seen since 1948, producing a supersized supermoon. However, on Sunday night, the moon will still shine 16 percent brighter and appear 7 percent larger than its usual size.
Yanks choose Boone as next manager
The average age of Girardi's first seven Yankees rosters was always between 29.3 and 31.8 years, according to Baseball Reference. Also, when it appeared to come down to Hensley Meulens and Aaron Boone , I expected Meulens to be the Yankees' choice.
McDermott did not know Monday if Taylor would be able to play this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, but said, "when healthy, Tyrod is our quarterback".
Especially once Nate Peterman gets in the game and shows how god damned good he is. He was ineffective prior to the early exit, completing only nine of 18 passes for 65 yards, with no touchdowns and one interception.
