Brady wasn't alone as Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker received a similar haircut as well.

According to WCVB, the event was organized by Granite Telecommunications, which pledged to donate over $5 million of company money if 1,000 Grante teammates and their friends and family shaved.

- Granite Telecommunications in West Palm Beach challenged its employees to shave their heads to help find a cure for pancreatic cancer. Governor Charlie Baker was also there, getting his head shaved as well, along with Quincy mayor Tom Koch. Brady was billed as a "mystery guest" in a news release issued before he made the appearance. The five-time Super Bowl champ's mother, Galynn, is a cancer survivor.

A short time later, the Patriots' QB showed off his new haircut with a post on Instagram.
