They are getting a notification stating "Cant Reach Oculus Runtime Service" due to their certificate expiring.

Reports of failing Oculus Rift headsets are everywhere this morning, from Twitter to Reddit to the Oculus forums.

Many users around the world discovered today that their headsets are having trouble running software, which kind of defeats the entire objective of owning a VR headset in the first place.

If you're having trouble with your Oculus Rift today, then you're not alone. Though many are still looking for a solution, at least now we know that Oculus is aware of the problem and are actively searching for a fix. Some users have even resorted to changing the Windows 10 clock to before the certificate's date of expiration, although this temporary workaround could cause issues with Windows Update Service and is NOT recommended.

Just let my Oculus software update and the OculusAppFramework.dll file has a new certificate, so after that you can set the time back to normal.
